2012 Camp Schedule

The summer of 2012 brings four exciting creative computer camps to Mercer's Macon campus. Each camp is being offered for two different groups: Panda Bears (campers that have completed 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade) and Grizzly Bears (campers that have completed 6th grade or higher).

Camp is Full means the Camp is full and that a waitlist is available.

General Information

Tuition Payment Schedule (Amount due by Date)

$75.00 by end of March
$150.00 by end of April
$200.00 by end of May
Total due before Camp.
  1. We are offering four camp themes this summer: Introduction to Robotics, Advanced Robotics, Animation, and Multimedia.
  2. Camps run from 8:30am until 3:30pm each day, M-F.
  3. Camps are designed by college faculty and will be taught by multiple educators.
  4. Camps meet in the Computer Science Building (Macon Campus).
  5. The cost for camp is based upon the number of camps purchased by a family:
    • First Camp: $250.
    • Second Camp: $225.
    • Third or more Camps: $200 each.
  6. Lunch is included and will be served in Mercer's Dining Hall - yes, we will really be back in the dining hall this year!!! If the camper has food allergies, they are required to bring their own lunch.
  7. Campers will receive a Camp T-Shirt.
  8. Enrichment breaks will be offered each day.
  9. A maximum of 20 campers can attend each camp.
  10. Online registration is available on the "Registration" Tab above. Online registration only temporarily holds a camper's spot in a camp. Once we receive your first payment and application documents, your camp spot is secured.
